Achieve the Glam Look

A night out always calls for a more dramatic makeup look. Bold eyes and bold lips is as dramatic as it gets. After figuring out what look you’re going for, everything else falls into place. A gold cat eye is a great alternative to the classic. There are many variations on this theme. Try to step out of your comfort zone. Here’s a step by step tutorial mainly focusing on the eyes.

Brush and fill in your eyebrows. To accentuate your eyebrows, consider a concealer that’s a shade lighter than your skin tone on the upper and lower brow bone for a flawless look.

Prep your lids with either an eyeshadow primer or base. This helps the eyeshadow appear more pigmented and long lasting while preventing it from creasing.

Use a slightly dark brown shadow as a transition color all over your lid.

Apply a gold shimmery shadow of your choosing to the inner corners of your eyelid and blend towards the center.

Apply a gel liner of your preference to your lids. Start with a thinner line from the inner corner of your eye, making it thicker towards the outside.

Curl your upper lashes and apply mascara.

Apply foundation all over your face and blend it in towards your neck.

Apply a concealer of your choosing under your eyes, bridge of your nose, above your mid brow section and chin. This is going to help highlight those areas in particular

Set your face with a loose powder and blend in properly.

Apply lip liner then lipstick.

Set your makeup with a setting spray, and voilà !! You’re good to go.
