Fally Ipupa to perform in Denver, CO

Congolese Singer-Songwriter, Dancer, Philanthropist Fally Ipupa will perform in Denver, Colorado this weekend.

Ladies, you're on notice. Ask Nigerian songbird Simi. Fally Ipupa sings, dances, speaks and looks like an African god. And he's in Denver this weekend. Friday, November 18th, 2016. 9.00 am - 2.00 pm.

Fally Ipupa is a DR Congolese singer-songwriter, dancer, philanthropist, guitarist and producer. Fally has won several Music Awards: In 2007, Ipupa won the Kora Awards for Best Artist or Group from Central Africa. In 2010, Fally Ipupa won the MTV Africa Music Awards 2010 for Best Video (for Sexy Dance) and Best Francophone Artist. He won the urban awards for best African Artist.

Ipupa has immense talent. He is able to use the rhythms of his native DR Congo like Rumba, Soukouss to work cross-genre and deliver outstandling solo performances as well as collabos to connect with audiences globally. Check out "Chaise Electrique", a bilingual love song featuring former G-Unit singer Olivia. He is currently working with R. Kelly on a new project.

Fally Ipupa is an international icon and having him perform in Denver on November 18 is a big deal for Africans in the Diaspora that have not witnessed a big African star in the beautiful Colorado in a decade. It is cultural enrichment for anyone that has not savored African music at its highest peak. This event is sponsored by Makassi Energy Drink and powered by Lumiere Music and Makassi Blackeagle Joseph.
